I participate in most insurance plans in Colorado. It is your responsibility to make sure you have initial authorizations for outpatient psychotherapy with me if your plan requires this formality. My staff will confirm as best they can your benefits, limitations and co-pays for your office visits.
In the process of scheduling your first appointment we will gather your insurance information. After setting up an appointment with Sara, my billing specialist, Nelle (Nellie), may be contacted at any time for insurance and receipt of payment questions at 303-487-4990.
Please pay co-pay's at each visit either by check or cash (sorry, I don't accept credit cards) before we start our sessions.
If you should exhaust your benefits in the calendar year yet require more sessions I will make efforts to work out a cash fee arrangement with you.
